I woke up miserable with this sinus infection so decided to just jump into day 2's meds: a tad early I guess since the first one was only taken 15 hours earlier. But I've been miserable, so let's get this wellness train rolling I thought.
Minutes later the bottoms of my feet itched....then burned and itched, then I could feel it coming up my legs and higher. I scrounged for some benedryl and found the children's variety and got it on board.
About an hour later I crashed on the benedryl coma train. I could hear people around me in the fog, but just didn't care. I woke up enough to enjoy some time with family that stopped by. Our soon arriving great-nephew was very excited to be here and gave us some good shows in mommy's tummy. It was so neat to be able for Carter to see that. I've always told him about it, and he said that sounds weird, but no, I told him it was the most amazing gifts I had ever had up to that point. It was awesome.
I was going to work on the rest of his bed rails and gate, but being hazy on drugs is not the time to work with power tools. And I still have to figure out how to build a gate, which I'm working on. That doesn't work really well in a hazy head either.
OK....reality is, I've been completely useless today.
Let's see what tomorrow has to offer.
