Free day!
Today was a free day off of school...yay! Because of the threat of the hurricane, last weekend was a 5-day weekend, and this weekend ends up being a 4 day weekend. We could get used to this!
Today's choice: to go to the pottery paint place. First, we needed financing:
Carter's choice was a football helmet bank....all ready to start collecting for our next day of fun!
We worked really hard for a long time. I find sitting and painting to be so relaxing and mellow.
Now to wait a week and see how our treasures turn out...that's as much fun as the painting!
